We operate joinourveterans.com as a recruiting website for active duty soldiers, military spouses, and veterans interested in a real estate career with our firm.

• Improve our website — understand which pages are useful, fix errors, and make the site easier to navigate.
• Send occasional updates — if you've opted in, send recruiting news, upcoming training dates, or relevant real estate career content. You can opt out at any time.
• Comply with the law — meet our obligations under Texas Real Estate Commission rules, tax laws, and other applicable regulations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your email list, your phone number, or anything else about you to third parties.

Phone calls, texts, and TCPA consent

When you submit your phone number through our website or through Calendly, you are giving Homevets Realty express written consent to contact you at that number — including by phone call, SMS text message, and voicemail — for purposes of discussing a real estate career opportunity. Consent is not a condition of any transaction. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of recruiting calls or texts at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us, asking to be removed during a phone call, or emailing us at the address below.

How we share your information

We share your information only in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers — companies that help us operate the site and communicate with you, including our website host, email provider, Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (video conferencing), and analytics services. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.
• Our brokerage team — Jose Segarra (Broker-Owner), Laura Segarra, and designated team leads involved in recruiting conversations with you.
• Legal and safety reasons — if required by a valid legal process, to enforce our rights, to protect the safety of any person, or to comply with TREC or other regulatory requests.
• Business transfers — if Homevets Realty is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction. You will be notified if that happens.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. Our website is served over HTTPS, and we store recruiting-related information in access-controlled systems.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised in connection with our site, please contact us right away.

joinourveterans.com is a recruiting site for adult real estate professionals and licensees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to external sites — including our pre-licensing partner (The CE Shop), Calendly, and other resources. This Privacy Policy does not cover those third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any external site you visit.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — typically, as long as we are in active recruiting conversation with you or as long as we're required to keep records under TREC rules, tax laws, or other legal obligations.
